Description
When Marvel announced the Secret Wars #rebootnotreboot , I thought about a “soft” reboot. Instead of messing with the universe, what if some magical/supernatural/alien/whooziwhatsit gave a select group of characters a redo? How would their choices reshape the world?

Since ignoring her mutant abilities isn’t an option, Dazzler chooses to go for (it!) the superhero life. Using what she’s learned in her previous life, she’s more able to successfully create a secret superhero identity and build a successful pop career... For awhile, ‘cause ya know... Drama.

I went for a more generic super suit with some flashier touches because she wants to save her real expression of style for the stage. Honestly, I'm not over the moon for the look and I dunno that I’d ever want this for her. I’d still much rather Dazzler get an ongoing as she is, the performer trying to balance her crazy life but also happens to be really good at super heroing, but apparently being glamorous and feminine and kind and strong and complex and powerful all at once is really difficult for some people to write, sooo... Yeah.
