It's a shame the twins are such jerks. They are fun antagonists (not really true villains) in how they blend charm with asshattery.
I've always imagined they leave quite a lot of the younger staff at the facility blue balled on a regular basis.

I've wanted them to be disliked, but not so much that they couldn't redeem themselves later. I usually try to follow the policy of giving the characters the strongest version of their unique personality at first, and then decreasing it over time to make them seem to get along better.

Poor Annie, first she falls down and is now being harassed and bullied by Arim since she's spoiled and is used to getting whatever she wants. Makes for great fan service if she'd tries them on but if she's basically totally in fear and embarrassment, it won't be a good time for her.

I think Rachel Aldana might be larger in two ways. Looking her up she's three inches taller than Annie (so it would take less for Annie to look the same), and she also looks bigger. The last time I polled the question, most people thought she was either a "G" or an "H" cup. Even if proportional changes have happened since as they've become less big-headed, it probably hasn't altered that scale more than a size or so. I would guess she's a "G" or "H", or at the highest an "I".

Although Annie is wearing a bra here, and Hitomi is not in those pictures. I think the J-cup is her Japanese bra size (which are smaller than American sizes).

(although the U.S. number seems wrong, but I think the letter could be right. You'd have to be really fat to have a 42 related to bra size, she's probably more like 30H, or even 28H. The Japanese size is 97J, which I'd guess unlike in America, the number is the greater size around her bust (in centimeters), not the smaller size around her rib cage.
She's also shorter than Annie, but only 1.5 inches, it's probably unlikely to find anyone closer in height.

So, after much research, maybe September Carrino is the closest in bust and height?
