In my German class our teacher told us about the Brothers Grimm and how they traveled through Germany to collect old stories that had gone through many generations. One of them were the story of Pied Piper of Hamelin.

Pied Piper of Hamelin, is a story about a man that had helped a town with it's rat-problem. How did he? He simply played his flute and the rat followed him, out of town and down in a lake were they drowned.
