This is a Fan art of Artemis Crock from the tv serie and graphic novel, Young Justice.
The short story behind this picture, goes like this;
Artemis've gotten irritated at KF (Kid Flash for those of you who dosen't know) because he once again, came with one of his stupid pickup lines to M'gann. She must admit that she was a little jealous. 'Why couldn't he just stop it? Didn't he know that M'gann and Superboy was dating?' She thought. KF laid an eye on her and asked: "What got you so mad, Artemis?"
