This is a concept design doodle for the Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus custom ponies I'm being commissioned to make.
It's a symbol of Neptune's and Uranus's symbols together, skewered on an arrow. I thought it was an appropriate symbol concept, and I usually don't like to do simple doodles, but this one is necessary since it's going to be put on a commission. I'll be making a frame for this out of cardstock, and mailing it as a "thank you" card to my commissioner (along with the Uranus and Neptune ponies, of course), but she doesn't know that yet. (Ssshhh!!!)
