Christmas gift for my sis-in-law. I made this while she was in the hospital with an asthma attack.

Her pose is a pose I engineered from a running dynamic jewel pony and the head of the standard diva pose.

Full body repaint in custom-blended acrylics.

I noticed Rainbow Brite has eyes similar to the generation 3 Hasbro mlp eyes, so I decided to do the structure of the features loosely based on the g3. Did purple eyes with black gray and blue eye liner and lashes. Didn't feel enough contrast with just the blue and purple, so I browsed through my stash of paints to decide the "staple" pigments for contrast. Sunny yellow, cloudless aqua blue, and magenta ended up being the staple pigments for the eye shadow. Dry-brushed the body color over the staple pigments.

Re-haired in mango tango and passion fruit Hasbro pony hair.

Outfit is entirely hand-sewn, boots are red leather and all the detailing is bias tape, maxi piping, and ribbon. Beads here and there.
