Motochika Chosokabe from Samurai Warriors 3 or, as my sister and I call him, "Mr Chocolate"
His boa and jacket are both removable, his booties are hand sculpted and painted and his front 'gloves' are hand sewn in faux leather. Instead of a cutie mark, I just gave him a cool wibbly 'tattoo' on his chest - I couldn't find a clear shot of the entire tattoo
