Description I had a long time without any deviations so I'm going to make sure this one counts.

This is an illustration I made to test myself at penciling, inking and coloring. the three foundations of comic art. It was only fitting that the subject of my test were the three founding figures of the Ultimates (Avengers) Team.
I wanted to share this one with you guys because I made this thinking about this moment.

I still in the ultimate universe is still good but after the Ultimatum it made me feel okay but not great

Ultimatum sucked. In fact, Ultimates 3 and everything else that followed, including Ultimatum, SUCKED. Were one to get away with it, one would simply do what Neil Blomkamp tried to do for his Alien movie, or what Bryan Singer did for "Superman Returns," and do an Ultimates event that ignores what happened in those events in Ultimate comics, making those events not exist, to improve things exponentially.

This is fantastic. The poses are superb, and you did a fantastic job with Iron Man's armor! The ultimate armor is even more difficult to draw than the 616, I think, and you pulled it off perfectly.

I think my favorite thing about this drawing, though, is Thor's expression. Just fantastic!

Nice! I think cap looks especially good here. And did you create that specific iron man armor yourself? I know he has different suits, but I've never seen that one. (Not too familiar with Iron Man) At any rate, good technical skills in here! cheers.

The Iron man armor was the hardest part. It is based on the one Tony Stark uses in 'ULTIMATES I' (vol 1& 2) published by MARVEL in their 'Ultimate Marvel' line written by Mark Millar with superb artwork by Brian Hitch.
Forget the silly 'Ultimate Avengers' cartoon. If anyone out there hasn't read the comics (now available in collected editions) yhey are missing une of the best titles ever published by MARVEL.
Now I'm looking forward for the creative team's tackle on the Fantastic Four.
