Here is the preliminary sketch for a new ID image I'm working on (took about 20 minutes). Gee, I have weird eye lashes...a product of my Asian/Anglo genetic mix I suppose!
I like the narrative of the indistinct figure in the reflection. I believe it's good to let the viewer read their own story into it

wow... that's amazing! I always have a hard time with eyes... I never can seem to get them to look lifelike, can't capture that spark... but your sketch looks like a photograph... fantastic!!

You know, when you had that competition for your new avatar, I was thinking of doing something with your beautiful eye.
But my life went to hell in a hand basket and I didn't have any time for anything other than keeping my head above water.
I'm still sorry I was never able to do something for you. Maybe later this year if things settle down a little. But I still think your "evil kitty" icon would make a superb avatar!

No, my eyes are the same - but there is an inner circle of hazel and an outer rim of olive green, bordered by a dark charcoal brown line. Strange. It's like a literal presentation of my Eurasion genetics!
My eyebrow is drawn exactly as it is in the photo - but not quite long enough (I realised after scanning it. I'll fix that in the next version)...it's just that I'm frowning, so it is pushing down and then up...so the hairs are not in their relaxed position...if you know what I mean!

I really do love this eye, especially the reflection, what is it? A man standing before a window? Either way, it's beautiful, though the brows are a bit strange, the lashes actually are amazing.

Yes, it is a man standing there, he was taking the photo (it is taking a reference shot for one of his pieces) . I have messy eyebrows (from both sides of my genetic heritage) and my eyelashes are mostly straight and point downwards (very Chinese)... When I do the colour version you'll see I have schitzo eye colour as well...green AND brown. Very odd!

Yeah, my eyebrows are similar, though I wasn't sure how you were going for it, I meant that they were drawn at an odd angle, though I still like them!

No, my eyes are the same - but they have two separate rings of colour. The inner ring (next to my pupil) is hazel, then an outer ring of olive green, and then surrounded by a dark brown line. Weird. Anyway, it's like a literal presentation of my Eurasion genetics!

That's actually REALLY cool! Mine are a bit weird, too I love them though! They are emerald green from afar, then beside the rig is like some caramel-gold color. Beside that is pure emerald green and then the outer ring is Carribean-sea glass blue! It's pretty cool, but i love your eyes! You should put up a picture!
