Unicorn sculpture for my mom
Papier-mache, feathers, paper flowers, seed beads, fiber and ribbon trim.

I started with a very smooth armature and slowly built up layer after layer of coffee filtre paper. I very carefully applied and smoothed each piece of paper - that way avoiding any lumps or bumps right from the start.

Yes, also note that it's tricky to work with but has lovely long fibers that overlap well and is designed to stay strong even when wet!
