Yeah, this needed to happen.
MEMES ARE SO FUN! but they take soooo long...Cameo appearance by ! I owe her a painting. It's still not done. XD
1. Yup. That's Falconer (Josh). He started out working with the Titans East, but he didn't get along well with Aqualad at first, who was the team leader at the time. (They got off to a bad start is all...)
2. Josh isn't a "glomping" sort of character...
3. So... Two things: 1) Witches (my witches) are born with a fractured soul. Eventually it splits (usually during childhood), at which point the other half of the soul (the familiar) takes a separate physical form. The splitting of the soul also releases the latent power in it, so this same event causes the witch's power to manifest. Also worth noting, witches are usually girls... More on origins of witches and this other stuff later. 2) The creepy internal glow would only occur during special circumstances, such as when the witch's power first emerges or when the witch is especially straining. According to my illogical BRILLIANT reasoning (which I'll spare you), the soul(/powers) are associated with the lymphatic system . Hence creepy glowing organs and ducts during supereffective power usage.
*shot* I only mention this now because it might be important later.4. Behold the owl-like glory of Jeshula! As far as Josh's powers, he isn't well-trained, but he can get the job done.
5. You might remember Freyja from that character dump I posted. They were childhood best friends whose feelings kind of morphed into something else, yadda yadda, except they stubbornly refused to acknowledge/admit that they had any deeper feelings for each other. And then Josh ran off, so that kind of ended whatever they had going on.
6. Leopard Seals are freaking scary. They're like seals with the jaws of a T-REX!!! So cool. XD Anyway, that's the familiar of the "scary lady" (a sea witch). She is responsible for traumatizing poor 8-year-old Josh, and this little "episode" caused him and Jeshula to split. He definitely hates her.
7. YAY!!! My favorites!! Jericho!! Terra! (Who is now a Titan again.) I used a reference for their pose.
8. I approve of cows!!!
9. Yeah, I'm pretty sure most of you folks have done this. But if you haven't, give it a go. It was fun.

Indeed! I'm addicted, even if I don't fill out ART memes so often. XD; I tend not to learn more about them because I've spent so much time exploring every scene so in-depth and watching them in all these "everyday" scenes that are just too mundane to write out... I know my characters better than myself sometimes.

I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU MEAN THOUGH. I always want to do memes, but the ones I find are so... mundane that I feel like it's not worth filling them out! The questions are silly, and I'd rather have something more in-depth. I actually tried to solve that problem by creating a meme myself, but I actually found it really hard to come up with in-depth questions. xD
I still want to make a good OC meme with more interesting questions though. HEY--do you want to help me think of some good stuff??

The secret to making it deeper is to not only ask the WHOs and WHATs, but the why. Even if you make that another question, it adds a layer of depth and thought!~ "Who does your OC like?" *answer* "Why does (s)he like them?" *more in-depth answer*

Ahhh... Yeah, I usually default to "drawing him/her with a vivid expression that tells all about what they're feeling and say something to explain."
What about asking questions about SCENES? Like "What scene had X impact on their life?" That counts as deep, right? o.o

Cows! Josh is like "Giddy up!" but the cow is just ignoring him...
I thought it was the lymphatic system! I couldn't be 100% sure though, it might have been an organ that only witches had or something.
I love how you drew the leopard seal, I know they're scary..but they're also so fascinating. You've probably heard of this, but National Geographic photographer Paul Nicklen kind of swam with them in order to photograph them...and it actually brought him dead penguins to try and feed him.
I giggled so hard at Josh's last predicament...eating Star's food. He should probably give it to Terra, she doesn't mind.

HOLY-CRAP-I-JUST-REALIZED-SOMETHING! By any chance, are your Witches and such inspired by His Dark Materials book series?! I literally just put two and two together and realized that they remind me a lot of each other! But you may have no idea what the book series is so...yeah..random.
...Anyway, leopard seals seem terrifying. Holy crap. And I love your jokes in this, for some reason, seeing Falconer ride a cow is hilarious~ Probably because of how random it is.

Once again, you are SO COOL. XD On Falconer's profile I mentioned that they totally ARE inspired by His Dark Materials--though they're admittedly inspired by a lot of other things as well, and their story's evolved to mash together a LOT of mythology from cultures throughout time. (Apparently "familiar" animal spirits have been recorded as far back as ancient Egypt. Blows my mind.)
HDM=so random, but so awesome. I definitely liked the first one most, and from then on it got... stranger and stranger. I pretty much stuck around for the characters (especially Lyra and Will). I don't know if you've ever heard of the "Mark Reads" blog, but he totally just finished reading and reviewing that series, which made me very happy.
