I made a little photomanipulation displaying all kinds of different signs and how you can comunicate without your mouth.

Pretty impressive photo manipulation and it sure does pack a serious message. Very creative, practical, and composed well. I give it a 4 1/2 out of 5 stars!
Constructive criticism: Try getting a sharper image of the primary hand for the one used is slightly out of focus and makes the seams where you spliced in the smaller hands a little obvious and less streamlined. Perhaps editing out the veins on the small arms would blend them in better with the primary hand. But all in all it is a fantastic work of art! Keep it up!

I search the stock images in the Internet, and then I use a lot of Photoshop tools ( eraser,smuge,blur etc.) and then I play a bit with the Adjust of the Picture so the picture looks realistic
