Commission fornscmseiyaryu here's your haaat and taaail
I hope you like the turn out, as there's just one thing that didn't go according to plan/mind with the ears 
As it was one or the other of the inward depth of the ears OR no depth but the backside of the ears popped outwards :/Honestly if I had more time (and not going over the budget we had discussed) I might have been able to figure something out and go all out? Buuut after 6 hours straight from scratch to finish, I was zonk'd and just done with the hat, haha
Inside of the ears has armature wire, so it can be bend more forward or curve inwards or just have it laid back.
Tail wise, you can't see it in the pictures, but underneath has the turquoise/teal portion of the tail.

OMG! I actually didnβt expect both a response OR the possibility of getting it. One, I thought it was customs made. Made for one person and only one person sort of thing. Haha, no worries! Not a lot of active peeps on dA anymore. I'm still on here but because I've been pretty busy with my job, so replying is slow. But I still make my way sooner or later to reply back to comments and notes when I can :3
As for commissions, the ones you see in the pictures of my galleries are usually made for the original person who had commissioned me to make. But afterwards anyone can order the hat/design
So you can order what you see from the picture as is OR you can request for an add on or take away piece, etc.
So when the time comes for you to ask questions, feel free to ask whatever

So after making Noivern and having all the pattern saved, I have a couple of ideas how to go about the back side of the ears. So yeah, just hit me up with a NOTE if it's something you'll want to do, as it'll give me time to go get extra materials for Noivern.

I still can't get over the pure epicness that is this hat. You should take pride in this hat because I can tell that lots of heart went into making it. The detail in this hat is just phenomenal.Β
And those ears, seriously, do not worry about them because there is not one part of those ears that I don't already love to pieces. I mean it, all my love for those ears. Having them bow out in the back would probably just make them heaver and more cumbersome anyway. With head gear like that you want them light. ^-^ And true, no one's going to chase down a Noivern just to take a picture of the back of their head. XD All the money making stuff is in the front.Β

I'll try to make it a good gijinka, know the hat will be one of the main focal points, they always are. At Youmacon we kept getting stopped for pictures when we were just wearing the eeveelutions hats while in our normal clothes. XD But I agree with you on lovin gijinka, such a gods send for casual cosplayers that lack the skill to go full on fursuit pokemon.Β
