The Anchor should actually be on her left hand. Unless this is meant to be mirrored it's on the wrong hand.

I put the Anchor on Kallen's right hand because I made her left-handed, and I didn't want her to end up losing her dominant hand after Trespasser. It doesn't really matter in-game, because it's always going to be on the Inquisitor's left-hand, but this is just my head-canon.
