meep, I love thise one, the character's expression is just too adorable ^-^ the pose is well done too, and I especially like the smoothness of the lineart (like on the beginning of her tail, or on her cheeks, it's looking all fluffy and smooth). The star overlapping her right foot might be a bit weird, mainly because it looks like it's behind her, but the overlapping implies otherwise. The background is pretty, with the fireworks and festive, and the cell shading works wonderfully too. The pink toes could have been shaded more so they don't look like painted on, or fur texture (as with the rest of the 'markings'), but that's just me. The stripes and stars look good, the colours are fitting (like one eye having a big blue star as marking, or the red stripes on her arms), not too bright (which easily happens especially with red), but a bit darker rather, so you definitely did very good here - keep it up

Oh my, you're quite an artist when it comes to MS Paint. I remember my best drawing with that system was...a stick figure?! Yesh, that was it. XD Ooo..yay, you're practicing on poses. I remember I used to leave you crits on that, now I take those crits back! It's a cute pose and I think you pulled it off better than what I could have. u_u Yesh. You improved way too much for your own good!! *twacks you* How long did this take you? o.o It's a cute char, btw. Um...*tries to come up with a crit but fails* u_u

WOW! I absolutely love this one! This is definitely deserving of a ! Those colors are just so beautiful. Somehow, when you use red, for example, it just looks so much REDDER than the kinds used in some artwork. Am I making any sense? Well, in any case, I love it. ^___^ Great A+++ job!!
