i was thinking of making the top of the face black and the cheek makrs white to help define them as face markings and thus hide the fact its mesh a little better....but i have yet to hear from the commissioner on this idea...
and she wants the horn gold but i am going to reccomend dusting the top of the horn in silver or copper OR brush on/wipe some black paint to accent the texture.

I think that the markings idea would work quite well, and hide them fairly well as well. It seems very obvious as to their purpose right now, but I'm certain you can fix it Lilleah. And I think that the black paint to accent the texture is a grand idea. It'll help define the texture very nicely, and make it seem a bit more realistic. All in all however, its a very nicely done Kirin head.
