To be fair there are several 'points of not return' with physical crafts like traditional art and fursuit making, sometimes trying to adjust a flaw risks total catastrophe, or sometimes a flaw cannot be fixed at all.
Also most folks take critique MUCH better done in private, consider a private message, note or email in the future vs a public comment which can avalanche into unwanted criticism from other people or upset the client if the remark is on a commissioned piece.

It's when there's almost always something off, yet they don't see anything wrong while one eye is completely above the other. But I word it nicely, I've tried private messaging and talking very nicely with constructive criticism and they just get snarky with me.

First time around looking at this I couldn't place why it looked a bit off, though you were correct in thinking something was off, and then i realized that the right (the viewer's left) side of the mask appears to be a little flattened/squished compared to the left (viewer's right)?
Now I don't know if that's just because your images aren't perfectly square or if it's actually off a bit, but I did this just in case it might help.
Original photos: orig13.deviantart.net/2ce0/f/2…
Took the right side of the image and flipped it over onto the left side of the image so you can compare it to a perfectly symmetrical face: orig09.deviantart.net/3731/f/2…
Flipping between the two might help you see anything you want to change on it?
