I think it's a good idea to do some watercolour paintings once in a while, just to freshen up. So here is goes.The good thing about watercolour is that it doesn't require precision - when in doubt, just blur it away, and it may actually look better. But the bad thing is that it takes up too much desk space, and I am a lazy person who hates cleaning her desktop. So I don't do a lot of watercolour paintings.
My impression on the character Draco is heavily influenced by egoteabsolvo's fabulous fics. I didn't even care about this Draco guy before reading her writings. As for the movie version, I am pretty satisfied with Tom Felton's portrayal except for his hairstyle. I am pleased to see him not waxing his hair back anymore for the new movie.
This piece of fanart is referenced from a photograph in a magazine named BlackBook, winter 2004 issue. I can't do watercolour painting without having a reference (if I could, I would have been rich and famous, and you wouldn't be seeing me here posting fanarts. )

My god this is absolutely stunning! You really should do more water color because if this is your normal out put then you really would be famous for it!

this is perfect, not how I always imagined Draco Malfoy i always thought of him as somewhat malicious but this is how I always wished i could imagine him. Thank you for drawing him, hes my favourite and you drew him very very well.

I love this Draco's interpretation of yours 
He is closer to the Draco I had in mind while reading the book before watching the movie version. The composition and colours are just great.. it looks simple but rich. Beautiful~!!

I agree that it's insane this hasn't more faves. Are people mad? I'm no HP fan but I think this is just a great image, no matter who he is! It's a fabulous watercolour. I love how you've managed to put all this colour into his hair but it still looks...well, blonde!

i love the colours you've used in the hair adn throughout the painting. your fantastic at watercolour! youve got a unique sort of appraoch to it, which i love, with a great balance between detail and 'blurring away' as you call it. is it just me or does he remind you a bit of jesse mccartney? in a good way, and more draco-ish way (i hope i just didnt ruin it for you...)
