I really like your stuff but don't have the money to buy it. I am considering trying my hand at making some steam-punk type things and I was wondering what to use to make it. What kind of synthetic should I use? Also, should I decide to use them, what would I use the support materials? Where would I find these things?

It's a digital pattern that I created using PatternMaker
It's based off a late 19th century pattern that I found in a Dutch Victorian fashion magazine.
