ACID

Bio: Mariska lived the life of an everyday girl with her father being a rogue scientist, and her mother being a cashier at the nearby marketplace. One fateful day Mariska wandered into her father's man cave/laboratory, and started to play with his acids; pretending to be a scientist. Having a curiousity brewing for a long time, she wondered if the acids tasted anything like candy or something good. When she was a child she would always wonder that while watching cartoons. She tasted the brightest looking acid, and felt a tingling sensation.
Soon she couldn't help but drink from tastes to chugs of the available acids in the room. To the point her skin had a tint of green from the acid. Soon, after draining a few beakers of the acid, her touches would start to melt certain things. The only thing that wasn't melted through was her clothes when she touched them. But the acid, all by itself, did melt through her clothing when she'd spill it on herself.
Instead of doing the whole "Be the right person and tell someone" Mariska thought of it being kind of cool if she went around melting things, and taking things. So, she did. She was later captured by Nova, and taken to Ultra Prison. She had to have an isolation cell made of a type of glass that could not melt with her acid touch.
