Miss Glory and her Jeeves. I love a big man with a little lady (but then, I love couples full stop). Where my short girls at? (For the curious, I'm 5'7" and my husband is 6'7". I'm not short, I'm just giving some love to my short girls!)I've decided I want to do a series of couples. It just makes me crazy satisfied. Makes me want to hug and kiss them. I think I crush on love a lot harder than I crush on individuals.

I know what you mean about crushing on couples. There's just something irresistibly magical about them. When I was much younger I'd crush on individuals, but now it's all couples in love. Especially wayward love.
(I'm a short girl at 5'3", but my someday-to-be is only an inch taller. We're a short couple, but he's still strong enough to pick me up like your picture with ease.)

For whatever reason I am digging her apple and his belt. The apple just give the piece a sense of continuity to their own lives. Ya know, that she was sitting down to a meal before her surprised her and scooped her up as such. It gives the piece a little backstory with minimal effort.
It just really ties the room together. ;]

I like little props, little significant things. I think I rely on props maybe too much, but they're so much fun.

I am starting to learn it is the little things that make all the difference. And it is going to be those little accents that let viewer start to breath their own back story into why those items might be there. More fun for everyone. =]

Lovely... In a strange way it reminds me of my favourite couple ever - Trigon and Arella, Raven's parents (from Teen Titans). Well, they are not a traditional couple to honest... It's my wish they were.

Err as a european I have difficulty with length convertions since I think in meters and centimeters. I'm 1.65 meters and my boyfriend 1.95 meters. Sooo that would make me 5.4 feet and my boyfriend 6.4 feet... right?

I always find myself coming back to this image whenever I need something all cheerful and cozy and sweet. I adore your couples (well, I adore pretty much everything you draw; it's like you have golden fingers) and every time I check my alerts I am hoping to see a new depiction of affection (especially with your portrayal of the Tremor boys). I think Glory might be my favorite, too--there seems to be a genuine innocence/authenticity that you capture in her. Ah, now I ramble. But really--I love your couples. They make me hopeful.

You know loving love more than one person is probably the best way to go, cause then you'll only be disappointed if they break up but there's always a chance of them getting back together or some other couple to take their place, lol. And also then you don't get disappointed when some crush gets in a relationship that doesn't involve you, lol.

Oh, the expressions make this for me! They look so truly happy to be together.
5' 3 and a half here, with a 6' 1 boyfriend. He's also very barrel chested with a bit around the middle, so he is a big guy! His mother is actually a few inches shorter than me though, and apparently was quite petite when younger, very funny to see them stand next to each other. You'd never guess they were related.
