Description
This is Sinder, sister of Oster and Keter . Considered to be the most beautiful of the three daughters of Oren, her preferred work is in the kitchen. Where Keter works with stone and Oster with fabric, Sinder is an artisan of food, and those who eat her cooking feel full and happy for days. The particular recipe for her braided bread was passed from every first daughter in her family to her own first daughter, and she rolls it out by the scores for every feast.She hasn’t taken a husband yet, being rather occupied with her craft, but has had many agreeable suitors.

GAH. I can just see her toddling her way (would saying she toddles be derogatory? Cause I just think toddling is something she does...) around a kitchen. Its just refreshing to see a illustrated beautiful and realistic woman. So often women always look like comic book characters. It's great for Wonder Woman to look like Wonder Woman, but the average person getting rescued probably doesn't look like an athletic amazon. I love that you draw such a variety of people.

I like your stories of dwarves! That idea of bread that makes you feel full and happy for days -- it reminds me a bit of the magical realism in Like Water for Chocolate, in which a girl unknowingly infuses any food she prepares with whatever emotion she is feeling at the time, and anyone who eats the food also feels that emotion. And I like the idea that the braided bread recipe is passed from one oldest daughter to the next.

For some reason, fuller woman are always far more aesthetically pleasing than twiggy things. She's got the round look of a girl that loves her carbs but works hard to make them herself. It's hard to pull off the round-but-not-fat look illustratively and you did a marvelous job of it. She's lovely and that smile has definitely BUTTERED me up. Wow... that was bad. I think I was channeling my father on that one. Beautiful!

I would just like to say that I know girls of every shape, and the two most knockout-gorgeous ones are pretty darn heavy and rather twiggy, respectively. So I would say, with confidence, that no shape is always more aesthetically pleasing than any other. Because, obviously, it's your insides that make your outsides beautiful. Those two girls also happen to be pure sunshine.

You must know someone with large breasts who costumes. Not to be all 'boobies!' on her, but hers are done very well, and bigger girls are usually a pain to draw the physics on. You're awesome!

I do! Well, Kit has a pretty big chest, but she doesn't cosplay or anything. I just know at this point how bigger breasts behave in tops, ha ha.

Gosh, I hadn't thought about it. I think Sinder would have reddish-brown hair like Keter, and rosy cheeks, and dress in lighter colors. White and gold. Oster I see having fair hair and really richly-toned clothes with a lot of gorgeous embroidery and jewelry. Of course, I realize that would probably be super hard to cosplay unless you had the embroidery handy...
