Been working on this since FOREVER but I seem to be stuck 
I might just change the whole look and color palette of it...? Maybe?? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Anyway, while I'm being all indecisive I'll leave this here so you can at least enjoy it while I have my mental breakdown. Sounds good? Good.

This is nice. Smooth coloring and realistic drawing.
I think the lighting might be what is stopping you. If you take the face as the light source and direction, you could enhance the color on the hair. Especially all the right side of the clothing. You could also make a more dramatic color switch in the background to reflect on the light source. Good luck and patience.

Yeah, I did a few other versions since this one didn't work out. With one I changed my color palette and darkened the background to emphasize the lighting, I think I might go with it!
