merry christmas!Okay people, don't freak out:
I am NOT stealing Stephenie Meyer/cover art's work! This is a replica of my OWN, I did NOT use the original art.Please, do not USE this under any condition without my permission. Okay, seriously, if you don't like Twilight, don't comment. I don't want to hear your crap about "it's a stupid book". It's a Christmas present, GROW UP.This actually took a while to create. I has to use my own hands, so I put the camera on a self-timer, so I could get the angle right. XD And I had to retouch my veins out...since, ya know, their supposedly Edward's hands, and vampires don't have...veins? Veins = blood? Idk. With some intense shadows/highlights, voila!

I suggest re-shooting this with different lighting conditions. The light here is too harsh-- there are glaringly bright areas which make the hands and the apple look unattractive. Shoot in a well-lit room (or outdoors in the sunshine) and don't use the camera's flash.

I'm not a big fan of twilight, didn't know anything about the series but picked up the first book because of all the hype, just not my thing though.
this is really cool though, I like the idea of recreating a book cover....may need to try this out myself

Thanks! That's very kind. Honesty, from an opinion of someone that's not a crazy-insane-hyper-fangirl, the book really isn't that great. It's just for those complete romantics (like me) who like imagining themselves with someone really hot like Edward Cullen. XD It's a fun read, and it's kinda-sorta-wannabe-suspenseful at the end, but I don't plan on reading the rest of the series immediately...

Yeah, I can understand why so many people like it, and Edward seems like a character created exclusivly to build up a fangirl audience
my problem was that just...nothing happened at all until the end of the book, and then when there's a little action she blacks out and misses it
Usually I'd love something like that but I don't know....just didn't work for me in this case....maybe because of the vampires. vampires should be more active

Yeah. Edward is like complete fangirl material; becomes popular easily. Bella; I can't stand her. She's such a wimp. She faints to much. If I'm going to like something, I want a real heroine

I also don't like how she doesn't go through any real kind of thought process when she finds he's a vampire. There's never a moment where she's like "no that's stupid, he's not a vampire" or even "he's a vampire...that's odd"

Also, the "clouds of blood" that the half-tint picked up on the original might turn out really great on a different photo. I think you should experiment.
