I 'finished' this like two weeks ago and spent two weeks going 'hmmmmmmm' at it.
Still not happy but oh well! (Four days left in my Draw It Again contest!)

You might be 'hmm'ing over the focal range? There's a focus on the central figure but dithering in the foreground, but the depth of field doesn't close for the further background? Maybe try giving it a little more haze in back and fore, and sharpening some of the larger features on the figure?

I possibly could've pushed the haze and sharpening further.. I think it's mostly the values that I'm 'hmmm'ing over, seems a little too dark in some places, especially her dress.
