Hello! I like your pose and colors on this OC, very nice. The hair is my favorite part, it's got volume and different shades and it looks nice and dynamic but also like it's part of her 
There are a few things I would point out but under the idea that it's meant to be stylized realism - and of course those parts that are "stylized" are choices that are totally up to you so this is just my opinion on how I would change things if it was my own art 
The shape of her eyes as a little unusual in that they are pointy at the bottom, also because of the way they are shaded, the eye BALL part looks kind of flat - it would be easily helped by adding some shadows in the cornders and under the top lid and highlighting the colored part so that it looks more 3d/popping out.Β
I like that she has a proper nose, it's not like a tiny anime non-nose XD which is ok if thats what you like but I find it way more interesting and sometimes more beautiful to have a nos ewith more character like yours
The neck has some shading and lines that are a bit off, I think you have the neck itself darker than the part just to the right of it which would normally be darker cause its in shadow as it's deeper/going in. Also the lines are a little more pronounced than I would choose to have them.
The hand looks cool to me, one of my fav things to paint
Normally I would say her sleeves are a little stiff as they drop off her arm butΒ Idon't know what material it is so - why not.Β
Lastly I think the skin is pretty good but could use a little more life to it - adding lots of different tones helps make it feel more alive - warm and cool colors so they play off each other

She is lovely! Your character is so beautiful, I like her long red hair a lot, it's just perfectly drawn. It's hard to give critique to such an awesome piece but I'm going to try, so here it goes.
I think the main issue is the anatomy; her pose is a little stiff, the lines of her shoulders are too straight and the same goes for her arms. I can tell her chest is too high, and if lowered to about where the first arm is hidden it will look a little bit more natural, also the arms should be lowered along with the chest. Personally I think you could really benefit on focusing on gesture (doing some gesture studies might help with this) to get a natural flow into the anatomy.Β
Her hands are a little off, maybe look up some reference to see how they would look in such a pose. I think the fingers would be parted more, which would make the hand seem more relaxed.Β
I enjoy the style in which you drew her face a lot! I Especially like the shape of her nose. It's difficult to critique her facial features, as I don't know what style you're going for. Cartoonish and semi realistic, this looks perfect to me but if you're aiming for more realism the proportions are off. The eyes are too far apart, and the mouth is slightly too big and the face goes a bit too sharply from cheek to chin.
I hope my critique helps you in some way. The dress is gorgeous by the way, I adore the style of it, the little frills too and the color matches her skin tone and hair beautifully. And her expression looks both kind and a little playful. She seems like a very interesting character. Well done!

Very good design This woman is very pretty
It has a great use of reddish colors, a number of details as the reliefs of her dress, as proportionally this very well achieved. His smiling face is very positive and has a great hair design.
But the only negative thing I would find is that the size of the hands are small in comparison to the face. I will always say that, unless you have a size problem, the hand has to cover the face to know what size it is.
But beyond that, you made a very beautiful character. You just won a Watch!

you did an amazing job; the shading is really fitting for the piece, the braid is really amazing too; I've never been able to do braids or ruffles as well as you have here <3

I was a bit worried how it would look, because red is so hard to shade, but now I'm happy I chose this combination. ^^
