Lee: Hey all! It's been a while (for me, anyway!). I went to SacAnime for the first time this year! Unfortunately between late road trips and late lunches and prep we didn't get there until around 6 o'clock in the evening. Luckily we had some great photographers who said it happened to be "golden hour," the time before sunset where lighting is BEAUTIFUL and we managed to get some really good shots! Finally got to catch up with Jie on this EVA cosplay!I made most of this the few weeks before SacAnime: The wig was bought silver and dyed with Sharpie, and the corset was borrowed and modified (the cover is removable). My shoes didn't arrive on time, and I didn't have time to make the hat, but overall I'm really happy with how it turned out! Next task: find a con with temperature suitable for this costume. SacAnime was incredibly hot! X_x
A very special thank you to Lyn, , and Cami for letting us take a break from the suffocating heat in their room and for the impromptu photoshoot!

I am! It's just that the crop of the photo is a bit tight. I'm standing leaning towards the bed (as Asuka) and Lee (as Rei) is kneeling on the bed so its hard to tell how tall we are.
