Influence: Ulver - Porn Piece (Or the Scars of Cold Kisses)May 2009
16"x20" cotton canvas,
Rembrandt Series 1 oil paint.
Notes: Title was torn from The Dears , but the actual piece was done with the help of Ulver .
Not much to say about this - technically it was completely created with kitchen towel and the palette was limited to black, a deep maroon, and "Naples Yellow Green" - a colour I prefer to use over white.
Conceptually make of this what you will.

This is brilliant. Awesome contrast between the sky and the land. Both dont seem to end or begin, an excellent blend.
Interesting to read the house shape wasnt intended. But it really gives a more localization and theme to the piece.
