Decided to put this under fanart because although there's no actually faces in it, it is supposed to be Death Note based.

Ooh, I like the concept of this picture very much. The shading and lighting are perfectly done. The blood is nice and stitches tend to give off a dark tone. Well, for me anyway. :> Creepy things intrigue me nowadays. I know Iβve said this before, but youβre really good at drawing hands. You make me want to practice more. : D

XD Thanks. This was actually supposed to be part of a much larger picture, but I couldn't get the other bits right, so I just left it like this, lol.
I'm going to be trying my hand at more traditional techniques now, so I prob wont be doing much CG in time to come... the idea of that scares me 0_0
And yeah...hands are hard... I almost always need some sort of reference...

:-D You're welcome! Ooh, I see, haha. It's all good. I've had such problems before. XD I like how this concentrates on the hands/apple. It sets a slightly different mood than if you were to have shown the entire picture.
Ooh wow! That's pretty awesome. Aw, don't worry. I'm sure it'll be alright. ^_^ I saw a realistic sketch in your gallery and I thought that was very well-done. More practice means more improvement and more improvement means OM NOM NOM. XD

Wow, that's really neat. ^^ What a cool concept! Actually, it reminds me very much of the original Brothers Grimm version of Snow White, where the Queen only poisoned half of the apple and gave Snow White the poisoned part.
