The floaty effect definitely makes it stand out... the only thing I might suggest, the hand kind of goes up with the heart, but then it just skips straight back to the starting position. Maybe add in a couple of frames of the hand going back down, to kind of smooth out the transition (so that the end point and the starting point merge together into a continuous uninterrupted loop).
