I especially like how you did on the shading and lighting of this, and Pikachu's expression is cute too!
One subject that could use a little improvement though is the paint, because it looks almost as if it is apart of the character. Making it look like it is oozing off of them will make it better to see that there is paint on them. ^^Β
Apart from that, great work! I also love how you designed the costume~!
