Jesus fuck. Why can't you Hetalia fans understand that this is offensive. In nine years, the Soviet Union (which included twelve other countires not just Russia) had killed over 1 million Afghanistan citizens during their occupation. 5 million took refugee in neutral countries. This is why I hate most of Hetalia fandom.

How is this offensive? Is it because of the hammer and sickle? Because you do realise, a lot of countries have commited such atrocities. Why we should stop showing the US flag because of all the civillian deaths in Afghanistan. Or maybe Japan shouldn't be portrayed in they way he is in Hetalia because Japan commited serious war crimes in WWII(especially in China, which there hasn't been an apology for).
If you're complaining about the "be one with mother Russia" thing, it's something that appears in the series. Why are you directing your anger at me. Maybe bring this up with Hidekaz Himaruya.
If you're going to get annoyed about countries being portrayed in an unrealistic way, why are you even in the Hetalia fandom?
I'm actually over Hetalia. Haven't been following it for two years now. Think the whole fandom is a bit immature now. Characters got boring. So it's kind of irritating to receive an angry message from someone who describes themself as a "sane Hetalia fan" on their profile. There's are nicer ways of saying "I don't like this picture. Here are the reasons why...". "JESUS FUCK" is not one of them.
