My second fanart of The Hunger Games series. This time it's Katniss in her gem-covered fire dress that she wears to the tribute's interviews. Of course, Caesar Flickerman is eagerly applauding her as she twirls.

I'm not entirely happy with this painting, mostly the colours. I'm just not very good with bright, saturated colours in paintings. But I guess I should have known it would end up that way, since I was planning from the start to use the metal flakes. Oh well, I'm glad the painting is done in any case.
