Good grasp of color theory. Yellow (yellow-green, close enough to the family)and blue work very well together and you'd done some interesting things with the horizontal slashes for effect. The splashes (?) Are really the only part of this that look out of place in an otherwise good, quick, watercolor-esque doodle.
