Description I had some free time yesterday and got a little obsessive over something that started out as chicken scratches and blobs. I had no hope for it at first, but somehow I pulled it all together into something pretty sweet.

So this painting is another idea and concept for my Carowyrm , this time it is the species skull. It's probably not even scientifically possible, but it's still cool looking and that is all that matters. :V

Anyways, thank you all for looking and I hope you all enjoy!

I guess you could think that, this is the who the skull actually belongs to though.

I don't know why I hadn't seen this. I fucking love it. One of my favorite things is seeing skeletal work for fantasy creatures. I was thinking the other day about doing a painting of a fantasy museum type set where scientists are assembling a dragon skeleton, something kinda like this [link] . Man its really hard to find photos like that, if you have any sources you've run across, let me know.

Haha, why isn't it scientifically possible? I think it looks cool! I think I could imagine it having two pairs of eyes and a raptor-esque snout.

I don't really care if scientifically posible, it looks awesome! At first I though it was a photo, so realistic.

Ha, you may be on to something. Maybe my next step is to make a sculpture of it.
