My friend Blain had the idea for me, him, and some other friends to do a Pokemon group. We're going to dress up as Eevee and all of its evolutions. Obviously, I'm going as Vaporeon, my favorite evolution of Eevee ^^ My little sister will be Eevee, Blain will be Jolteon, and my best friend will be Flareon. And hopefully we can get Panda to be our Pokemon trainer! We're planning this for next Jacon.
Anyway, this is the design for the costume that I came up with. Hopefully it'll work out the way I want it to. provided on what materials I can find. For the water droplets, I'm going to use dots of hot glue. When it dries, it'll look like drops of water.
