That's a pretty awesome collage.
The only thing that bugs me is the way the light sources clash. Particularly around the girl, namely the shadow. It's uniform with that of the pilot, but I think if you had left it out. It would have been "better" as we could assume it goes the other way and the sun behind the planet is the light source.
The lights would still clash on inspection, but it would pass the glance test (IE: If you looked at it without thinking, nothing would draw your attention as "wrong")

First of all, I really appreciate your critique, because these are my first manipulations except a few more attempts I've made before. Yes, light was a problem for me while I was working on this, I knew there was a problem with the light but it seemed Ok in the end. Thx again for your effort to write me this helpful comment. In the 3d animation course I took lighting was pounded into our heads, so when lighting clashes my eyes are drawn to it.
