You need to make a separate preview gif of 150x150pic.
If you skip to minute 4 of this video you'll see you're given two options when you upload.

Reminds me of the black and white silent movies
Although I think it needed a few frames of the characters between dialogs, because it became a little saturated of text at the end. Maybe it was about finding a solution to explain everything on movement and framing 
Other than that, it was a cute short, the characters were adorable and expressive, and the music added an extra emotion to all the scene.

It would have also being good to keep the style consistent by using handwriting for the dialog as well
the scratchy linework is consistent through the whole animation except for the text sections.
I once added text to a flipnote and I used a pixel font to try to make it fit with the pixelated look of the DS outlines. Granted, I had to use external tools, but it would be nice to consider it
Hopefully one day I'll be able to do a longer one like the one you did

Hey, I stared this one... like long ago...
I was going to be making full flipnote 3D animations with no audio for a game I am currently working on...
It's known as Project Forest... it's a cross with Earthbound and TheRaluShow. I thought it would be an awesome game to start my comic in... unfortunately, I am not sure how to make the game feel classic and timeless...

Mmm, that's depends on the design direction, music and gameplay. I think using a black and white pallet though the entire game could make it look unique, Similar to what they did with Limbo:

I'm not directly involved in game design, so I wouldn't be sure where to start. I guess you would need to assemble a team that could be in charge of other aspects of the game like programming and music, or learn them yourself. It's not rare nowadays for indie developers to build their own games with just one person involved, but I don't the process behind it

It's similar, but Rottytops leans only one leg at the time, while Tabby moves both legs in the same direction actively moving her hips with a bouncy movement

12 frames. But I had to redraw all of them a couple of times based on the rough flipnote, as I've done before with the others.
I can't get cleaner lines because of the screen size and the limited tools, but at least I can polish the movement.
