your skill displayed in this pic really inspires me to get back to my poor pencil skills and polish them like ash ketchum polishes his balls...er... i mean, his pokeballs haa xDD -u get it, yea
still, this looks fantastic, as you got the proportions perfectly down and did an amazing job on blending the colors on his hair, without effing up the flow of the strokes!
