Cartoon character's heads are traditionally larger than normal, especially in Disney and Warner Bros. films, unless the makers are trying to be realistic. I think that it has to do with showing facial expressions more clearly.

I know nothing about Kim Possible other than having to animate a 3D puppet of her for an assignment. It's a show I'd like to see, shame I don't have the Disney Channel. Anyways...they look very sophisticated, I like Ron. I think he'd be a character I'd love.XD Great prospective btw. It can be a pain at times to get correct. Well done.

Wow. Spectacular work. I might even go so far as to say you made the art style better, but I haven't watched the show in a while, so i wouldn't know for certain.
At the very least, what you did with Ron's outline on his hair has given me some new ideas.

Perhaps it is the number of Fan-Fictions I have read, or maybe my own wishful thinking, but I think Ron is about to propose.
A romantic evening, a rooftop candlelit dinner (Ron can cook, remember), and the view.
Ron has gotten to the point where he's not nervous about kissing KP anymore, and it seems unlikely that the imminent threat of a black hole probe is what has him worked up. So, what else could it be?
The way he's gripping the handrail, like he's trying to steel his resolve. The way he is averting his gaze so Kim can't read what he's about to do. The expectant look on Kim's face because she knows 'something' is up.
Yep, this is when he proposes.

I think that Kim has said something profound about their relationship. The way she is looking at him suggests she is waiting for a reaction. Ron, on the other hand, is probably on a "How can I not offend her?" loop.
A nice bit of work with lots of mood and atmosphere. Our heroes look a bit older than usual, so this is probably a college-era pic or later. Still good though. Thumbs up!
