I want Splatoon, but I am waiting until I have more time to sit down and play to get it because it looks like so much fun!
custom making characters only makes it better, even if it's not THAT customizable.
Ken looks just precious though, and I really like how you used the tentacle theme to make him appear more creative than the generic guys design.

Believe you me, Splatoon is a LOT of fun but I agree that the customization should have been expanded upon more than just clothes, skin color, and eye color. Who knows, this game is such a big hit that there's bound to be a sequel someday. We might get more customizability in future releases

Kind of like how I wish Light vs Dark let you custom build your fighter a bit. Maybe they were trying to cut down on loading times for online matches since a lot of people don't realize how much extra wait time it would be for each player to download all the custom stuff.
..even then, they could have had 'online' characters you could make and 'solo mode' characters
