I had to comment on this one - it's my card I will say in all honestly that this is the absolute best portrayal of The Start that I have ever seen. The whole ethereal glow of the card is magnificent, and the fact that you chose to have water is just as mythically meaningful as it is beautiful.

I don't know if you know or not the story of The Star - Pandora? Let me know, because I'd be more than happy to tell it!! I have been studying the mythology of tarot for a while, and I am completely blown away by the imagery on your card. Maybe you have some more juicy information to share with me as well?

thankyou so much for you nice comment, im kinda new to tarot, i just put in my own interpretation of what i think they should look like, i kinda know the story i read it online somewhere, kinda laggin behind now with my cards because I cant come up with any new stuff...oh well hopefully i will update in the near future...thanx again xxx

Actually, I just kind of had an idea...tell me what you think.

I am planning a series of poems on the tarot based around the meanings of each card - if you liked them of course - maybe I would be able to use your cards as cover art? I don't even know if I'm allowed to ask this....lol I'm not a visual artist at all, but I have been aching to work on this tarot project and I feel that the cards are such an important part of that.

Anyway, let me know what you think

The only thing I'm not sure of is the stark contrast of the white borders - they fit well and I like the contrast, however there is something about it which I'm not sure does the images full justice.

Can I ask what it was you edited with this deviation?

Im loving all of these tarot card ones! Youd probably enjoy my deck of vampire tarots, some awesome artwork...Anyway -

I agree with fairy of ice when she says it looks like the stars are falling. Youve done a wonderful job with this... Especially the water in my opinion - because there are so many shadows over it...Makes you wonder whats out there.
