Another blackwork fairy that i've created.This time i desided to have a face on piece
Time: roughly 1 week
done on 16 count fabric with anchor silk
thoughts?

Q; Would there be much difference using Aida 14 over Aida 16 or would it make the pattern too tight?

I find I prefer working on 16count for black work. With 14 count I find that the holes show a lot more.
I think the way around it would be to use an extra strand of silk.
