I'm not sure if this is the final version of this drawing or if it's meant to be continued i some way. I hope for the last though because in my eyes this is an unfinished drawing. The shading looks like basic sketch shading which you improve as you go on with your drawing, as does the thick lineart which indicates the use of a soft lead.
I would use a thin harder lead to finalize the details like the texture on the fabric, buttons, hair etc etc. I think this sketch got potential, though I have a hard time seeing what the dark fabric below the corset is supposed to be, maybe shade it properly and give it some texture. Keep drawing
