Thats really athmosperic, I live the way it looks like a cool summer evening, you know, when it gets dull but sunny.
That kind of time depresses me. But I love this peice

I like this. Very depressing mood, yet contemplative... almost nostalgic...

I love this kind of shot that finds beauty and emotion in the ordinary and ugly. I think it could stand by itself though, without the editing. The dark border is just a little too much for my taste.

Well, being a Florida resident, I've certainly seen my share of these trailer parks. It certainly does help uphold and strengthen the image of " white trash America," but the people living there don't seem to have much choice sometimes. It's a shame, but this image is VERY well-made. The feathered cross-hatching around the borders and probable slight alteration of the colors (to make a yellowish scene) add to the depressing atmosphere surrounding this lifestyle.
Do keep up the good work.

i think this is fabulous, but i would change the title and omit "white trash" because it takes away alot of interpretation from the picture. living in trailers is not necesarily 'white trash' and it takes away from joy and simplicity of being a child (which i see in the well-used swing). the dark border also gives me this sense of spying on my neighbors, or driving past a home in a neighborhood. its great.

Great shot. I like the dark border and the way it adds mood. The only thing I question though is, why do people who document being poor in america always make it so gloomy.

you always amaze me. Your work is incredible, and even when you break off and do something different, its still incredible. this is such an honest, uncensored image, and the way the wordl really is. Most people try to edit out the bad. most people would probably try to make that look like something out of middle class america. But that's how things really are. Good job.
