Thanks for the link. I'm in love with the linework on that comic.

Do. There's a special kind of pulp-horror-noir magic imbued into every pen-mark. Plus about a million 80's pop-culture references, which are always fun.

What are they standing on?

Lying on tombs (a la 16th Century churches) but their feet're resting on little stone Shadwomen (which only makes sense if you've read the strip). Normally tomb statues have their feet resting on dogs, for some reason.

i want UFO and bat pillow cases...
sorry to say i have no idea/never heard of what this is from, but i do love your drawing of it although now i am wondering if it is possible for trekkies to do the hand sign thing so much that their fingers get stuck that way, even when they sleep. how would they function?

it is a mystery.

I've always been a firm proponent of crop-circle bedspreads.

I'm not surprised you've not heard of it. Follow the linky link and expand your mind, it becomes worth it at about 50 strips in.

The real skill is in rapidly switching from the 'reverse trekky symbol' to the 'orthdox trekky symbol' in rapid succession. Truly, it evades all but the most dedicated Vulcan yogis.
