The green title bar is the active window so blackamp becomes orange when you use the playlist or eq

But you should Green letters "Blackamp" , make orange like "eqaliser", and "Playlist", doesn`t look logical.

You sure like intense colors. I'm sorry but I don't.
It's hard to tell what could make this skin something I could say 'like deviation', so I'll concentrate in what I think is good.
You tried to change everything and that honours you. You tried a non-conventional look, and you quite succeeded there.

Maybe you should make a plan of what's what you want as a designer, and try to achieve it with the tools you have, and not the other way. Make a sketch with pencil and paper before running PS or PSP, and get the time to settle things down before rushing a release.

Well, your description doesn't say much about what you intented with this, but I tried to give as much positive feedback as I can. I hope you keep skinning and get better results next time.
