Nice trecky stile
You should antialias the buttons and keep the color scheme more consistent. The typography could be better too. Search for Star Trek fonts over the web and you'll find some better ones.
Anyway, it's a nice skin.

2D style a good idea. Next time work on the colour schemes to compliment each other. (i.e. as in green looks wierd with orange)
