Description Another one of my merboy characters from my textbased roleplay with ~harpspun . This is Tide, an aspiring healer.

As someone pointed out in the comments, I think a lot of ElfQuest/WaveDancers inspiration snuck in somewhere

Strangely enough I actually like this one better than the coloured one. o_O

I'm also glad that I ended up changing the shape of his tail fin for the coloured version, though.

It did become a bit more epic didn't it Both versions really are very good.

Very nice design, I like it very much. Must ask though is it influenced by ElfQuest? I adore Wendy Pini's world be awesome if that was the case.

Not intentionally! But I have to admit that most anything I draw ends up looking a little EQish. No surprise, I would not be drawing today if not for the ElfQuest series And I do so love the WaveDancers.
