I have no idea about anything about this character, and this is in fact the first time I've seen any of your work, and I'm taking a lot of assumptions here, but:
This guy looks like royalty.
This guy looks like a royal guy who has never known poverty.
This guy looks like a royal brat.
This guy probably thinks he's the shit.
This guy probably posts on his world's internet about how edgy and mysterious he is.
This guy probably has the equivalent of a MySpace or LJ or Formspring, possibly all three, and they're all titled with something like "xXx_WeLcOmE tO mY tWiStEd MiNd_xXx" or something like that.
This guy probably plays shooter games all day (assuming the world for this character even HAS that, again, I'm taking a lot of liberties here).
This guy probably brags like nonstop about how he's royalty which causes him to become basically the de facto target for everyone on the server or whatever.
This guy probably has the equivalent of that early 2000's edgy goth gamer aesthetic (not that there's anything wrong with the goth movement).
This guy probably likes D4NK M3M3$ 0N TH3 INT3RN3T and has an iFunny account or 9gag account or whatever the equivalent is and spends HOURS looking at funny maymays.
This guy probably read his world's equivalent of Ayn Rand's work and misquotes it frequently to justify his existence.
This guy looks like, when the inevitable coup happens that rebels against the economic disparity that allows his awful existence, his head would be on a stick after the first DAY.
